excellent stay, super clean and convenient

the staff was friendly and efficient. the room was cleaned to a great standard, i found the location ideal. it was close to the yumbo centre, i appreciated the easy access to the beach.
i had requested a top floor room but did not receive one. i understand requests are subject to availability.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. All the necessary kitchen utensils were in good condition. the accommodation was super clean, and it provided a very cosy atmosphere.

The pool was clean and the water was actually warm. A jacuzzi was available. the pool area included cushioned sunbeds, also a 'chill out' area had comfortable seating on a perfect lawn.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the reception staff very amiable. the cleaning staff worked diligently. I observed their commitment to maintaining a high cleanliness standard.

this accommodation has charmed me i stayed in a room that was really well-kept the staff were kind they were always eager to help with anything the pool area was a great space well looked after i liked the bar staff they were friendly and efficient always making sure everyone had everything they needed
one very minor thing i noticed was that the soap provided was quite limited it was a small detail but something to be aware of for longer stays

the hotel's location is convenient for accessing local facilities it is near the main bus route stops this makes exploring local and outlying areas simple supermarkets are close to the hotel as well as the beach

the apartment included necessary utensils suitable for simple self-catering washing up liquid was provided the shower had constant hot water storage space was available for two people and the beds were very comfortable ensuring restful sleep

the staff are very helpful and friendly daily maid service is provided excluding sundays reception staff are available to assist with queries the pool bar staff are very friendly ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests
